Managing end to end of recruitment ( administering the aptitude tests , structural interviews wherever necessary , assignment coordination and presentation , offer generation and closure – with necessary approvals)
Sourcing and screening profiles and coordinating all scheduling efforts with the line-managers (facilitating the entire gamut of activities)
Establishing a rapport with the business heads effective communication to understand new requirements
Campus placement efforts and Creative assessment planning techniques
Creation of recruitment dashboards recruitment focused communication planning
The associate will also be responsible for all employee relations activities like grievance handling, event planning and management, compliance etc.
