Sourcing and screening profiles and coordinating all scheduling efforts with the line-managers (facilitating the entire gamut of activities)
Managing end to end of recruitment ( administering the aptitude tests , structural interviews wherever necessary , assignment coordination and presentation , offer generation and closure – with necessary approvals)
Establishing a rapport with the business heads ; effective communication to understand new requirements
Campus placement efforts and Creative assessment planning techniques
Creation of recruitment dashboards ; recruitment focused communication planning
The associate will also be responsible for all employee relations activities like grievance handling, event planning and management, compliance etc.
