Monthly updating the Management on cost head wise variance analysis, EBIDTA , working capital .
Control on Procurement in terms of authorization of all purchase orders & service orders .
Monitoring of Cash Flow and evaluation of funds requirements and planning.
Monitoring Strict adherence on Collection of receivables and getting resolved billing discrepancies if any.
Monitoring the credit period on procurements and following up for discounts & offers.
Evaluating Inventory cost controls and optimum inventory status.
Observing and highlighting losses due to operational flaws and making alerts on delays in project completion and consequent revenue penalties.
Ensuring and molding the financial decisions strictly as per the practicalities of business modus operandi & business needs .
Ensuring Finance Function to be a controlling as well a best support function to the operations by aiding in terms of timely payments and collection follow-ups.

Day to Day ERP Accounts Supervision.
