The incumbent would support and enhance the capabilities of designing and developing excellent graphics required for the web applications and other general applications using various graphic designing tools e.g. Adobe Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, Dreamweaver, Corel Draw, Photopaint, Etc,.
Designing excellent graphics for websites prototypes
Should be able to produce good corporate designs for websites using a combination of all latest technology available for graphics designing
Able to support and give good exposure to the sub-ordinates that are working along with
Should be able to work simultaneously on different projects
Able to prioritize the work according to importance and deadlines
When necessary, able to work on some of the programming languages like JavaScript
Achieves a high level of internal/external customer satisfaction
Meets project cost and timeframe goals
Adobe Flash, Photoshop and Corel Draw are the most important tools in graphics designing and therefore the person should be proficient in these tools
Should have worked on Web-graphics and browser compatibility issues
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, or related field
Experience in Graphics Designing / Web Designing
Proficiency in ADOBE FLASH
Team focus - do what it takes to ensure the team meets its commitments
Good interpersonal skills
Aptitude to quickly learn and be able to support
Knowledge of ACTION SCRIPT (3.0/2.0) using ADOBE FLASH will be an added advantage
Java Script, HTML and ASP.NET knowledge
Knowledge on some of the mechanical designing tools e.g. Pro-e, Inventor etc
