Payroll management
Recruitment
Policy implementation
Administration.
Will report to corporate-HR as well as to Unit Head
Total workforce is 200 regular employees & 100 contractor labours
Should be welll conversant with HR practises, payroll management, recruitment, contract labour work, PF, factories act compliance
