Microsoft Corporation India Pvt Ltd, Mumbai 10 - 12 YrsThe Services Sales Manager (SSM) is accountable for leading a well-managed Services Sales team and business resulting in long-term, predictable revenue growth and satisfied Microsoft customers.
The SSM is:
The Sales coach who guides and develop the sales team/individuals in delivering outstanding results.
Provides an executive presence when dealing with key customers and partners.
Accountable for all-up Services sales (team commitments and results).
Responsible for attaining the agreed billed revenue targets in the assigned sales team accounts across all consulting/support services and offerings).
Aligned with internal MS segments e.g. product teams, EPG etc, service line and delivery counterparts ensuring profitable delivery of services and high overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications>
10+ years of services selling experience.
People Management and Coaching, Business Management, Sales Management, Team Leadership.
A successful management track record of at least 5-8 years in leading team/s in a sales or services capacity is required.
BS/BA or MBA degree in Sales and Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology or Information Systems Management.
