The candidate should carry out Training Need Analysis
Delivering training on soft skills (Behavioral)
Design and develop behavioral training modules to enhance knowledge and skills of both internal employees as well as new joiness
Preparing and maintaining training MIS
Plan & prepare the annual & monthly training calendars
Develop suitable training evaluation methods for all trainings
Must possess Analytical Ability (advanced MS excel skills), Interpersonal skills, Eye for Detail, Planning and execution, Good Communication skills, Coaching skills
Willingness to travel and conduct training at different locations
Preferably holding certifications on various training modules (seven habits, situational leadership etc.) and psychometric instruments (MBTI, DISC etc.)
