Sales revenue forecasting

Suggest new and innovative selling techniques

Provide customers with brochures, pricing and any other information as required

Analyze nature of customer complaints and be responsible for its resolution

Keep track of the Level of out standings and collect payments

Co-ordination of handover of unit to customers.

Experience in sales of High End Residential units preferably in Southern India

Proven track record in consistent achievement of sales targets

Should have Good database of potential customers and broker network
