The candidate will be reporting to Sr.Manager -Renewals
Resource Management depending upon the Renewal Volumes on a regular basis
Creating Sales/ Sales Promotion / Sales Admin Processes for the Zone.
Ensuring that the AM Renewals implement all the laid down processes downthe line.
Coordinating with AM Renewals of all the Regions for day-to-day Renewal Chasing.
Coordinating with branches / channel partners under his / her zone for increasing the Renewal Ratio on a periodic basis.
Conducting Regular Reviews of the Renewal Team for Guiding and motivating the team members.
Monitoring the Daily/ Weekly/Monthly performances of AM Renewals & renewal team members
Must be a MBA preferably in Marketing
Must have experience in Sales & Marketing
Must have served at least 2 yrs in General or life insurance
Must be less than 32 yrs of age
Must have successfully managed big teams towards target achievement
