Consolidation & Finalization:
Support the Finance Head for preparation of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Consolidation of the Financials for the unit and Liaising with auditors during quarterly review and annual audit.
Budgeting & Forecasting and Monthly Variance analysis for the unit
Management Exceptional reports desired by top management on as and when basis & Part of
Monthly Business Reviews undertaken by Top Management
Other accounting and financial strategic exercises including Financial & Operational Projections, Formulation of Business Plan, etc.
Management Reporting & Analysis:
Periodical submission of various reports to the management.
Monthly preparation of Flash & Forecast for the unit
Analyzing the financials (Ratios, Profitability, Expenditures, Sale Trends, Working Capital and Other Operational & Financial KPIs) and the variances and reporting them to the management.
Preparation of Expense Variance Report and reporting thereof to the management.
Cost Center Reporting:
Working out of periodical Cost Center Reporting structure and formulation of the guidelines for proper cost center booking and ensuring its implementation through out.
Support the Finance Head in Formulating of function wise and Unit Wise Annual Operating Plans.
Monitor day to day financial accounting and cash & bank transaction.
Monitor accounts closing procedure. (monthly, annual accounts)
Development of Customized reports in ERP in co-ordination with the IT Dept.
Statutory compliance direct taxes (E-TDS, Tax Audit, FBT, Transfer Pricing etc)
Weekly and Monthly Variance Analysis (Budget Vs Actual) and Submitting Review report to the management With Variances & Monthly reporting on Plant Profitability and comparing with the Budgets
Capitalization of Fixed Assets and carry out depreciation run on a monthly basis
Valuation of Finished Goods on monthly basis
Raw material reconciliation & Control of Purchase and verification of PO and MRC
Technical Evaluation With Technical team for Finalizing Suppliers
Commercial Evaluations With Suppliers like payment terms and Delivery terms & Monitoring the vendor transactions/payments and reporting the exceptions
