Channel Sales Manger for NCR
NCR Corporation India Pvt Ltd, Mumbai 8 - 13 YrsChannel Sales Manger will manage all business development aspects of NCR’s partnerships, with a primary focus on sales revenue and lead generation. The role will balances sales support, partner management, and sales training with the focus of growing the sales funnel.
Meeting and exceeding set sales quotas while adhering to NCR’s sales rules of engagement.
Manage and be the main point of contact for existing alliance partners.
Increase revenue from partner sources and market share through a leverage partnering model.
Identify and develop joint "go-to-market" strategies and lead generation opportunities.
Manage sales orders and provide status to partners and/or manager.
Communicate masterfully with partners on new products and service offerings.
Create systems and procedures to streamline partner management.
Work with marketing to drive programs and events to extend the relationships to new prospects.
Managing a complex, enterprise solution sale with NCR’s partners; to include managing the RFP process.
Continually learning about new products and improving selling skills. The CSM is required to attend training events throughout the year and expected to participate in self-paced tutorial learning when appropriate.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.
MBA or BE degree in a business-related field
In depth knowledge of the financial industry and NCR solutions is critical. Industry Knowledge pertains to ones ability to understand the industry.
Minimum of 8 years experience in selling financial solutions/services.
Minimum of 4 years of channel sales experience.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Negotiating skills and ability to influence.
Able to work in a matrix organization structure, communicate & interact with colleagues
