The candidate is responsible for continuously maintaining positive brand image & highest possible perceived value

New-product-launch planning

Designing aggressive promotional strategies

Market Research activities for the assigned products with complete responsibility of Product Launch & Evaluation, Competitor Analysis, Technical Support and Brand Promotion

Designing competitive strategies to prevent competitors taking market share

Maintaining marketing expenses within agreed limits.

Achieving targeted growth for the brand.

Strategic and operational planning for marketing in India and Abroad.

Comfortable with building and managing team of brand managers

Responsible for creation of Brand Plans & implementation of Marketing strategies

Achieving Brand Volume & Market share targets.

Generation of Consumer Insights, Strategic Consumer Communication for the brand by close interaction with Advertising Agencies.

Monitoring the sales figures and nalyzing them.

Product / Variant launches.

Developing brand strategies.

Preparation of annual marketing plan.

New product development and launch.

Part of the core team of the new initiatives.

Monitor market and competition.

Will be involved in product conceptaulisation, product development, customer insights, new product launch.

New marketing initiatives in line with changing consumer perceptions/ requirements – both end consumer focused and dealer focused

Developing / customizing products / variants in line with evolving customer requirements

Conducting market research relevant to the brand. Specifically this will involve the following:

Consumer research to understand consumer preference trends and expectations

Competitor research to identify the strategic / tactical moves of competitors and their impact on the consumer/market

Demand research to analyze and monitor market demand trends & identify future growth markets with potential realizations

Coordinating with ad and market research agencies

Customer understanding – profiling buyers & understanding need states

Pushing for new product availability, and overall supply at national level against plan & sales forecast for respective clusters / products – collaboratively with SCM team

Travelling to key markets & understanding product performance at Retailer level & consumer contact / feedback

Reporting & Analysis

Managing Brand Expense budget.

Demonstrated experience in managing newly launched and well established brands

Experience in both developing and implementing campaigns for doctors and for consumer

Knowledge of IT based marketing plans and social networking is most prefered.

Graduate in any discipline with MBA in Marketing from Premier B - Schools like NMIMS, TAPMI, Jamnalal Bajaj, MICA, SCMHRD, SIBM ( 2005 or 2006 Passout )
