CA Profile:
Preparation of Consolidated accounts of the group companies.
Preparation of monthly accounts, MIS and presenting the same to the management.
Preparation of Budgets
Preparation of Cash Flows statements.
Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards.
Helping in matters relating to taxation.
Liaise with the external auditors, external tax advisors/ consultants, tax department and bankers on all financial and accounting issues
All Statutory compliance i.e with ROC, STPI, RBI, FEMA etc
