The candidate is responsible for marketing and sales properties of allotted project
Identification and attacking TM
Market survey along with analysis report
Leading and motivating the sales team
Responsible for all administration related activities of the site office
Proactive need identification and giving feedback to HO
Managing sales organizers
Handling customers and managing their grievances
Stock control
Attending Corporate calls
Identifying future market
Prioritizing site office/ branch work
Organizing marketing events
Budgeting and sales forecasting
Achieving sales target set by the HOD Marketing
Candidate should be MBA with specialisation in Marketing
Should have relevant experience
Should have good communication/ presentation and negotiation skills
Ready for frequent travel as per the job requirement
Should have experience of selling residential projects (high rrise/ low rise/ township)
Candidates with major experience in real estate industry will only be considered
Should be ready to join within 10-15 days
