Role & Responsibilities:
Recruitment
1. Identify /Prospect for candidates that can be successful TALIC advisor. Maintain a dynamic prospect list for advisor.
2. Ensure adherence to TALIC recruitment process in all such section.
Team Development & coaching
1. Identify weak area based on these PRP review meetings & take corrective action as also chalk out development needs of teams & train them in the weak areas/nominate them to training programs.
2. Ensuring handholding of all new advisors in the first 90 days & ensure their development through on the field training & supervision by ensuring at least 3 & up tp 5 JFM’s with new advisors in their fist 90 days.
3. Instilling a need based sales culture in the team. Provide operational support to advisors in the team in terms of submission, issuance, pending resolve ect..
Achieve all sales targets
1. Always exceed the minimum sales & recruitment expectation set by the company from time to time.
2. Exceed the fast track targets set by the company for career progression & growth.
Activity Management
1. To ensure regular activity management of advisors in the team & ensure submission of daily sales reports by advisor in the team
2. Document all sales calls & joint field work with advisors in the respective advisor PRP file.
Review & Reporting
1. Ensure advisors incomes in his/her team exceed benchmarks set by company fro time to time.
2. To build a mechanism that will help monitor sales activities in the team & thereby estimate expected sales with 95% accuracy.
3. Maintain individual PRP files of each advisor & conduct weekly PRP with all advisors.
