The candidate has to take care of the expansion of sales as per the geographical coverage of the territory and grow dealer base.

Develop strategies and programs for Dealers to grow the assigned territory and achieve the order and sales goals.

Assist the Dealers and/or co. Brand in the sale, bid and sale closure for major projects within the territory. Grow Dealer business in all market segments to established volume/margin goals with an emphasis on smaller, fast cycle order categories.

Expand product portfolio – introduction of new products.

Analyze Dealer strength and weaknesses and recommend corrective action for any weaknesses.

Impart technical training to dealers & sales staff.

Establish relationship & hold on dealer network.

Monitor & report competitor`s activities.

Timely submission of prescribed reports.

Ensure high quality customer service & client satisfaction.

Recruitment and development of new and existing sales staff .

Above all, achieve pre-set targets on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.


The candidate should have good negotiating and presentation skills.

Must be strong in both oral and written communication skills.

Should be result oriented.

Should have excellent mana management skills and ability to work under pressure
