Th incumbent will be developing and managing sales network of the company.
Liaison with brokers
Assess potential customers, negotiate and converting the lead to sale
Monitoring sales & collections; launching & promoting business; coordinating and interacting with customers.
Data on market trends and competitor`s projects.
Responsible for Carrying out Market Research.
Should be fully conversant with Tally & modern accounting packages
Experience in managing sales administration on a well known software.
The incumbent must be a go-getter.
Must have experience of working as part of sales team in a reputed real estate company
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Energetic and Dynamic personality.
Ability to take initiative and must possess leadership skills.
Any Graduate with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Marketing Management with experience in Real Estate.
