Support roll in implementation and monitoring retail distribution network for prepaid coupons in lines of FMCG operations.
Focus areas will be Coverage, Reach, Visibility and Sales.
Daily management of sales calls, route plans, sales cum stock level in primary and secondary market, sales flows, daily operations at the distributors, Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Distributor sales performance reviews.
Providing feedback to the company about its product and about product competition in the market place.
Accountable for Channel sales, Retail operations as business operations.
Monitor performance of dealers and their sales team.
Provide Structured Market Feedback.
Co-ordination between various activities.
Credit management and activations.
Support to customer service, General administration.
Inventory management and sales invoicing.
New towns operations and coverage feedback.
Competition information and Analysis.
Team management in order to achieve sales targets.
