Coordinate and setup high level conference calls, board & management meetings
Handled the inventory and requisitioning of supplies.
Coordinate with the floor staff ensuring the provision of excellent service to all visitors
Maintaining Employee details of the company which includes the information right from the personal to professional.
Looking after the employees necessities like providing corporate telephone connections, provision of ID cards, Indenting of business cards, coordinating with vendors on different related issues and necessary stationery etc.
Executing the house keeping dept in the day-to-day work
Managing, indenting, tracking and inventory management of office stationery and supplies.
