BrickRed Technologies, Delhi 2 - 4 YrsBachelor`s degree or master`s degree in business administration with 3 - 5 years of experience in compensation & benefits analysis & reporting.
Collection and preparation of payroll inputs from different stakeholders.
Validation of the inputs with the processes & policies.
Preparation & processing of full & final settlement inputs.
Processing of salary related reimbursements.
Thorough & working knowledge of statutory compliances related to PF, ESIC, bonus, superannuation, gratuity, labour welfare fund and profession tax, hands-on experience is must
Working on payroll related accruals every month.
Preparation and validation of salary journals.
Validation of tax computation.
Bank and payroll GLs reconciliation.
Preparation of audit schedules (internal & statutory).
Job Description:
Handle confidential and proprietary information on a daily basis.
Maintain personnel, compensation, and MSA files for employees.
Administer all payroll changes for both current employees and new hires in the HRIS system and ensure that all data is entered accurately and timely for the payroll cycles.
Advise management on personnel procedures and policies.
Preparation and validation of salary Journals.
