Qualifications:
Engineering Graduate or MCA
Hands on experience in Rich Internet Application (RIA) design and development for minimum of 3 years
Hands on experience in Microsoft .Net or J2EE development for minimum 2 years
Total experience should be above 5 years

Job Description:
Building a Strong RIA User Interface Engineering Team with Adobe Flex resources (Including Selection, taking Interviews in coordination with HR). The team could comprising 15 to 20 Flex / .net developers.
Leading the RIA User Interface Engineering Team (around 15 to 20 flex / .net developers)
Designing & Planning RIA User Interface for Sankhya Product lines
Work assignments and tracking User interface development and integration tasks
Integration testing
Guidance and Technology Support to RIA User Interface Engineering team
Researching on new technologies in RIA

Pay package is in the range of 4.2 lack to 7.2 lack per anum (Gross) depending on the experience and skill set.

Selection process includes HR Interview and technical Interview in person.
